LOCAL DELIVERY IS NOT INSTANT!
Our unique inventory fluctuates rapidly. Even if an item shows as 'in stock,' please allow 2–5 business days for order preparation. Customers will receive a text or email notification once delivery is scheduled.
We appreciate your patience as we carefully prepare each order with the same care and attention that makes Leilani's Attic special.
Yes! We deliver to all major hotels on the Strip and Downtown. However, due to the extra time and parking requirements, a $10.00 "Strip Surcharge" will be added to all hotel deliveries. This fee applies even if your order qualifies for "Free Delivery."
Note: Drivers will meet you at the Guest Loading/Unloading zone/Valet area or we will leave with concierge. We cannot deliver directly to hotel room doors.
Local delivery is not instant. Because our inventory of authentic island goods fluctuates, it typically takes 2–5 business days to fulfill an order. We will contact you via text or email to confirm your specific delivery window once your items are ready.
If you aren't home, we will leave your package in a safe spot (front porch/delivery locker) and send you a photo confirmation. Please note that Leilani's Attic is not responsible for items lost or damaged after they have been delivered.
We currently deliver within a 25-mile radius of our Maryland Pkwy location. If your ZIP code isn't listed in our zones, the local delivery option will not appear at checkout. You can still choose "Shipping" via USPS, UPS, or Fedex.
Please contact us within 4 hours of placing your order if you need to change the address. If the new address is in a different zone, an additional fee may apply.
Absolutely! However, you must provide a gate code (if needed), delivery time preference, and phone number in the "Delivery Instructions" at checkout. If our driver cannot access the complex, we will have to reschedule, and a redelivery fee will apply.
You can leave your preferred time in the "Delivery Instructions." While we cannot guarantee an exact minute, we do our best to accommodate windows (e.g., "After 2:00 PM") within our standard delivery hours.

We deliver Monday through Friday (10 AM – 6 PM) We currently do not deliver on Weekends or major holidays.
For the safety of our drivers, we offer "To-the-Door" delivery only. Our team is not permitted to enter private residences.
If your order hasn't been out for delivery yet, give us a call! We can manually add items and send you a separate invoice so they all arrive in one trip.
