Disappointing presentation and " just crumbs!"

I sent the tarts for a treat to my brother who is dying. His appetite is what gives him pleasure at this point. I had sent the same tarts from another company and forgot which company, so ordered from you. My sister-in -law sent me a picture of a cheap clear plastic " take-home" container with a "pile " of tarts and " parts and crumbs" that were very " beat up" and unappealing. I was so disappointed. I hate to write reviews that are not positive, but this order was unsatisfactory and you need to know it. The packaging and presentation need to be addressed. I didn't hear how the product tasted....they had to just toss most of the tarts. I hope that you can address the issues mentioned and that your products can be enjoyed
