Old Time Red Alaea Sea Salt, 1 Lb (Medium Grain)

This is my favorite salt for cooking. It adds flavor. I first used it in cooking a pork roast and was amazed that I didn't need any other seasonings. Now, I'm using it in my sourdough bread. It's a richer flavor than I get from Kosher salt or regular sea salt.

This is good stuff. It has good flavor...and, since I have used Hawaiian Red Alaea Fine Sea Salt for years, my whiny little butt isn't fond of medium sea salt grains. My ability to grind finely is inconsistent. But is still very good when I don't get a salty bigger grain.

Best salt! Use it on everything!
